Muscat: The number of people vaccinated with anti-Covid in the Sultanate since the beginning of the national immunization campaign is 2, 155, 932 people, which is 61 percent of the total target group.
Till date, 1,360,206 people (63 percent) have been vaccinated with one dose while 795,726 people (37 percent) received two doses.

The Ministry of Health on Monday said the gap between two doses of covid-19 vaccines has been reduced to six weeks in the Sultanate, starting tomorrow, August 17.
Earlier, the gap between two doses of covid-19 vaccines was ten weeks in the Sultanate.
“MOH urges those who have taken the first dose and completed six weeks to register through the Tarassud App to get the second dose of the vaccine,” MOH said in the statement.
