Oman reports 552 new cases, 19 deaths

Muscat: The Ministry of Health (MOH) on Sunday reported 552 new cases with 19 people succumbing to the infection in the last 72 hours.

The total number of cases registered in the Sultanate has now reached 300,194, including 3,993 deaths.

34 patients were admitted to hospitals across the country in the last 24 hours, taking the total number of inpatients to 256 including 116 in intensive care units.

The total number of recoveries is 288,389 while the recovery rate is 96.1 percent.
