Oman reports 293 new cases, 12 deaths

Muscat: The Ministry of Health (MOH) on Wednesday reported 293 new cases and 12 deaths over the past 24 hours.

The total number of cases registered in the Sultanate has now reached 297,724, including 3,889 deaths.

30 patients were admitted to hospitals across the country in the last 24 hours, taking the total number of inpatients to 434 including 194 in intensive care units.

The total number of recoveries is 281,724 while the recovery rate is 94.6 percent.
