Symposium highlights historic role of Musandam

BUKHA: The Musandam branch of the Cultural Club, in cooperation with the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation, organized a symposium themed ‘Musandam Prior to 1970, Historic Dimensions on Trade and Industry’.
The Symposium was aimed to highlight the historical role played by Musandam with its unique and strategic geographical location as a linking ring between East and West in terms of maritime trade through the Strait of Hormuz.
The symposium shed light on the historic and civilizational achievements of Musandam particularly in the field trade and industry.
