CSC celebrates graduation of new batch

MUSCAT: The Sultan’s Armed Forces Command and Staff College (CSC) celebrated the graduation of the 34th Command and Staff Course under the auspices of Sayyid Lt Gen Munthir bin Majid al Said, Head of Liaison and Coordination at the Royal Office, on Monday.
The event was held at the premises of the Command and Staff College in Mu’askar Bait al Falaj amid precautionary measures against Covid-19.
The Commandant of the Command and Staff College delivered a speech in which he said that readiness, flexibility and the ability to respond quickly to various environmental and variables and conditions are among the skills that the college believes and it was only by applying those skills that the CSC was able to handle the Covid-19 pandemic efficiently.
The awareness and responsibility of the affiliates of the CSC as well as its technical capabilities, facilities and integrated academic environment have all contributed to overcoming the difficulties and mitigating the impact of the pandemic and provided an opportunity for the implementation of the course programmes.
The Commandant of the CSC urged the graduates to pursue science and to seek knowledge from its various sources, and to deal with the fourth industrial revolution and the developments in technology and communications systems.
Sayyid Lt Gen Munthir bin Majid al Said, Head of Liaison and Coordination at the Royal Office, the Chief Guest handed over the awards and certificates to the graduates. — ONA
