HM congratulates Emir of Qatar

Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik has sent a cable of congratulations to Shaikh Tamim bin Hamad al Thani, Emir of the State of Qatar on the anniversary of his accession to the throne.
In the cable, His Majesty expressed his heartfelt sentiments and best wishes of good health, happiness and a long life to Shaikh Tamim, praying to the Almighty Allah for the return of this and similar occasions on him and the brotherly Qatari people at a time his country has achieved further progress and prosperity. --ONA
