‘World through the eyes of children'

MUSCAT: The Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Sultanate of Oman is the venue this week for a special art exhibition, organized by the ‘Ayalagan Alakan’ Public Charitable Foundation of Kazakhstan, features more than forty paintings by pupils of specialist boarding schools for the hearing and speech impaired, from the Western Khazakhstan region. Speaking at the Opening Ceremony, HE Najmedin Muhametali, Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Oman, stressed the importance of such cultural exchanges and their role in Kazakhstani-Omani cooperation, naming both countries as highly cultured. The ambassador also spoke of the 30th Anniversary of Kazakhstan's Independence, presenting the achievements of the country, and its cultural development during that time.
