Construction begins on Muscat Pavilion project

Asawer Real Estate and Muscat Hills Joint Development celebrated the start of construction of ‘Muscat Pavilion’ for smart offices located in Muscat Hills, under the patronage of Sayyid Saud bin Hilal al Busaidy, Minister of State and Governor of Muscat.

Eng Siham bint Ahmad al Harthy, co-founder of Asawer Real Estate, said: 'This project represents the values added to the efforts to develop the real estate sector and enable it to attract investments, especially since foreigners are allowed to freehold in it, in addition to entertaining specifications, whether in terms of its strategic location or the features it contains, as well as high-quality finishes, adding that such projects contribute to attracting foreign investments into the Sultanate, and it convinces foreign investors in them, which is in line with Oman’s Vision 2040.”

To be completed in 24 months, the building consists of nine floors along with 3 floors for smart parking underground, which can accommodate up to 550 cars. Smart office prices start from RO 39,00, and shops start from RO21,000.
