Hotel in Muscat fined for Covid-19 violations

The Ministry of Heritage and Tourism has announced an action against a hotel establishment in Muscat for Covid-19 violations.
The Ministry of Heritage and Tourism (MHT) has penalized the InterContinental Muscat Hotel for organizing an event without committing to the authorized capacity of the celebration halls.
The ministry stressed to all hotel and tourist establishments the importance of adhering to the precautionary measures to prevent Covid-19 in order to avoid legal accountability.
This action within the framework of following up the commitment of hotel and tourist establishments to the precautionary measures to prevent the spread of Covid-19.
