HM confers Order of Felicitation on ABEGS Former Director-General

Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik on Monday conferred Order of Felicitation on Dr. Ali Abdul Khaliq al-Qarni, former Director-General of Arab Bureau of Education for the Gulf States (ABEGS), reflecting His Majesty the Sultan’s appreciation for the efforts and contributions of Dr. al-Qarni in serving the GCC Educational work.
The order was handed over by HH Sayyid Theyazin bin Haitham bin Tariq al-Said, when he received Dr. al-Qarni at his office here on Monday.
