HM issues Royal Decree on granting government lands

His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has issued a Royal Decree on granting government lands.
The Royal decree stipulates that the granting of government residential lands shall be in accordance with the regulations and conditions set forth in the attached annex to this decree.
The decree has also stated that the granting of commercial, residential, commercial, industrial, and agricultural lands for the right to usufruct shall be in accordance with the conditions and procedures stipulated in Royal Decree No. 5/81 referred to.
