Watch out for dust storm

MUSCAT, Jan 21 - The Met Office has forecast clear skies over most of Oman on Monday with chances of dust storm in the open areas of northern governorates. The temperature is likely to drop in most of the governorates. Clear to partly cloudy skies are expected over Musandam governorate and the coastal area of Oman Sea with chance of isolated rain. Low-level clouds or fog patches are likely during late nights to early mornings over parts of Al Buraimi and Al Dahirah governorates. The Met Office has asked the public to be cautious as there are chances of reduced horizontal visibility because of dust storms. The state of the sea is expected to be moderate to rough along most of the coasts. Hazy and chances of blowing dust over the open areas of northern governorates with chances of drop in temperature in most of the governorates.
