As delegated by His Majesty Sultan Qaboos, Dr Madeeha bint Ahmed al Shaibaniyah, Minister of Education, Chairperson of Oman National Commission for Education, Culture and Science, leaves for Jordan to hand over the 14th version of UNESCO-Sultan Qaboos Environmental Preservation Award 2017 to Singapore national parks board upon the recommendation of the Jury of the UNESCO’s Man and Biosphere Program Secretariat. The award has been given to NParks of Singapore for its commitment and diligent work to support environmental preservation. — ONA
