Oman Environmental Services Holding Company (be’ah) has organised a campaign that aims to spread environmental awareness among the community and the visitors to Salalah Tourism Festival during the khareef season. A number of events and activities will be organised in different places of the governorate during the campaign. Plastic waste is a major challenge for be’ah during the season in the governorate due to the huge number of visitors.
