MUSCAT: Shaikha Aisha bint Khalfan al Sayabiyah, Chairperson of the Public Authority for Craft Industries (PACI), chaired the second meeting of the main committee of the Sultan Qaboos Craft Excellence Competition for 2017-2018 at its fifth session.
The meeting reviewed the size of the participation and approved forms of preliminary evaluation and final results of the competition in the fields of craft production and projects. The meeting also reviewed the models of honorary shields allocated to the eligible and supporting categories of the competition. The Committee also followed up in its meeting all updates and reports submitted to it by other committees.
The Sultan Qaboos Craft Excellence Competition reflects the Royal care and attention accorded by His Majesty the Sultan to Omani craftsmen to motivate their abilities and creativity. — ONA
