MUSCAT: As a part of Sultan Qaboos University’s (SQU) efforts to cooperate with various universities and institutions around the world, a delegation from the University, headed by Sayyidah Dr Mona bin Fahd al Said, Assistant Vice Chancellor for International Cooperation, SQU, will visit Czech Republic from April 23 to 27. The visit aims to explore and discuss the activation of cooperation with the Czech universities. Currently, SQU has close relations with the University of Charles and the Technical University in Prague in terms of exchanging students and the research cooperation of academics from SQU and their counterparts in Czech universities in the fields of smart cities, medical science and other fields. The SQU delegation will visit the Center for Oriental and African Studies at Charles University and the National Library in Prague and view the valuable manuscripts contained in the library. The delegation will also meet with officials of the Technical University in Prague and other institutions. — ONA
