MUSCAT: The two-day expanded seminar on the role of commercial judiciary in enhancing investment will be held tomorrow under the auspices of Dr Yahya bin Mahfoudh al Mantheri, Chairman of State Council.
The seminar, organised by the Administrative Council for Judiciary at the Premises of the Supreme Council for Judiciary, will highlight the legal developments, the judiciary principles related to commercial judiciary and the practical challenges, as well as managing the commercial cases in a way that ensures real justice for litigants.
A number of judges from the Supreme Court, the courts of appeal, the primary courts and the administrative judiciary court alongside with heads of the relevant public and private organisations will take part in the seminar. — ONA
