Muscat: The Royal Air Force of Oman (RAFO) has rescued 12 people from an international naval vessel , 35 nautical miles southeast of Salalah.
The vessel dedicated to transporting fuel suffered a technical failure, reported the National Committee for Civil Defense (NCCD)
