SALALAH: Pakistan School Salalah (PSS) organised ‘Arts and Science Exhibition 2018’ in which projects of the school’s young scientists were showcased, while other students got an opportunity to exhibit their talents. Through 160 colourful drawings and paintings students’ messages like ‘save water save earth’ and ‘save trees, save lives’ evoked good response from the visitors. In the science group the future scientists displayed the models of solar systems, galaxies, remote control devices, steam boat and marine echo system. All the models were done by the school students.
The social sciences group presented the replica of ancient Greece, models of Burj Khalifa, Salalah city, Jurassic Park, and some villages. Two peacocks made by the students and teachers of art department attracted visitors. Dr Iqtidar Ali Shah, President School Management Committee and Dr Sohail Amjed, Member School Management Committee, found the students’ works “extraordinary and a manifestation of students’ skills and their level of understanding,”
