MUSCAT: The Omani Society for Writers and Literati (OSWL), in its cultural agenda for this year, holds a number of intellectual and critical activities in various literary seminars and lectures. The agenda starts with a seminar on the achievements of the poet Salih al Raisi, under the title ‘The Poet Who walks on Water’ which will be held today at OSWL headquarters at the Airport Heights, in which a number of Omani poets and researchers will participate. They are Ahmad Musallat al Saadi (poet), Fahd al Hajri (researcher) and researcher Abdullah Al Dhabouni (researcher) and others.
Authors, writers and researchers will submit their various work papers, which will be announced on time according to the schedule prepared for this agenda. It is worth mentioning that among the OSWL activities an event to honour the winners of the Cultural Creativity Award, the announcement of the literary publications announced previously, in addition to honouring the two cultural figures of the year, which is planned for the second half of October. — ONA
