MUSCAT: As part of its long-standing commitment to connect with customers across the Sultanate, Ooredoo recently moved its branch in Nizwa Mall to a standalone location near Nizwa Souq.

From its new venue, Ooredoo’s store will provide customers with the same high quality service and full access to its value added products, services, and digital solutions. The new store was inaugurated by Sheikh Hamed bin Salim al Aghbari, Wali of Nizwa, in the presence of a senior delegation from Ooredoo.

Feras al Sheikh, Director of Consumer Sales at Ooredoo, said, “Customers are at the heart of everything we do and our new location will offer an even larger number of users in the Governorate of Dakhiliyah with the tailored experience we feel they deserve. As their digital partner, we are committed to being as close to them every step of the way, delivering on our promise to provide enriched and value added solutions that meet their every need.”
