MUSCAT: Bringing its value added services even closer to customers in the Governorate of Al Dakhiliyah, Ooredoo opened its first franchise store in the Wilayat of Bahla. The new branch, which is one of five operated by franchise partner Khimji Ramdas and the 15th overall, was inaugurated by HE Shaikh Abdulaziz bin Salim al Abdulsalam, Wali of Bahla, accompanied by members of the Ooredoo management team. Following the opening ceremony, the Government Relations team at Ooredoo, visited the office of the Wali of Bahla and discussed ways to expand and strengthen the relations between the two parties.

Feras al Shaikh, Director of Consumer Sales at Ooredoo, commented on the occasion, saying, “With our franchise stores we are reaching out across Oman and providing even more of our customers with a one-stop-shop experience that meets their every need. Customers in the Wilayat of Bahla can now look forward to the same inspiring and second-to-none service associated with our brand, whatever they are looking for.” The company’s line of concept stores is part of its retail expansion strategy of inspiring growth and development in local communities through the innovative products, services, and network it provides.
