MUSCAT: The Omani Network for Scientific Research (OMREN) and the Oman Animal and Plant Genetic Resources Centre (OAPGRC) of The Research Centre (TRC), in cooperation with Omantel signed the Oman Centre for Animal Genetic Resources the agreement to join the OMREN network on the sidelines of OMREN’s participation in Comex 2018. The agreement stipulates that the centre will benefit from the network’s aim to enhance learning and communication between academic and research institutions through a single network through access to information and data at high speeds with the main centre of information technology of TRC. The centre also seeks to benefit from OMREN’s services to connect with international researchers and to participate in research resources. — ONA
