MUSCAT: Highlighting its commitment to offering customers value driven connectivity, Omantel has launched an exciting offer for new and existing Baqati Postpaid customers which is valid till March 4, 2017. The new promotion gives all Baqati post-paid subscribers double the normal data allowance and the added bonus of free WhatsApp data usage, guaranteed for the next 12 months.

Under the offer, a ‘Baqati S’ subscription provides 250 local minutes and 1GB of data and a bonus 1GB for WhatsApp for only RO 9 monthly. Meanwhile, ‘Baqati M’ customers receive 650 local minutes, 4GB data and a bonus 2GB for WhatsApp for only RO 19 monthly.
The ‘Baqati L’ subscription will benefit customers with 1,150 local minutes, 6GB of data and a bonus 3GB for WhatsApp for only RO 29 monthly. While the highest value plan — ‘Baqati XL’, gives customers 1,850 local minutes, and 10 GB data with a 4GB bonus for WhatsApp for only RO 39 monthly.
The new promotion will go into effect automatically for existing Baqati customers starting 5th December 2016 and are also available for existing prepaid customers who migrate to one of the applicable postpaid Baqati plans during the offer period from December 5, 2016 to March 4, 2017. As a further value-added benefit, there is no need to sign a term contract to enjoy the benefits of the offer, regardless of which plan is chosen.
