Oman’s Royal Cavalry shines on French tracks

PARIS: The Royal Cavalry won the Uzes Endurance Race in France. The race was organised by the International Federation for Equestrian Sports “Fédération Équestre Internationale (FEI)” for a distance of 120 km with the participation of 58 horses from around the world. The endurance competition included 4 stages, 30 km each. After a strong competition, Saleh bin Salim al Balushi won the first place, riding the mare Dalilah. Faisal bin Ibrahim al Farsi, riding the mare Ondia won the second place. In another race, the horse Nafees of the Royal Cavalry of the Royal Court Affairs won the first place in the race, which was held at the French La Teste racecourse for the pure Arabian horses for a distance of 1,900 metres. — ONA
