MUSCAT: His Highness Sayyid Asaad bin Tareq al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for International Relations and Cooperation Affairs and Personal Representative of His Majesty the Sultan, received at his office on Monday Marc J Sievers, Ambassador of the United States of America to the Sultanate.
The meeting reviewed various aspects of the existing bilateral cooperation between the two countries, within the framework of the strong historic relations binding the Sultanate and the US.
The meeting also discussed matters that contribute in supporting and enhancing the relations between both sides
to serve the joint interests of the Omani and American friendly peoples.
The meeting was attended by Khalifa bin Hamad al Badi, Adviser at the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister for International Relations and Cooperation Affairs and Personal Representative of His Majesty the Sultan, and Saif bin Ahmed al Sawafi, Adviser at the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister for International Relations and Cooperation Affairs and Personal Representative of His Majesty the Sultan.
