Oman Chess Committee holds online training course

MUSCAT, April 22 – As many as 34 coaches will take part in the basic course of chess referees through online which will be held on April 24-28 from 6 pm to 10 pm. Referee Mahdi Abdul Raheem from UAE will be the lecturer for this course. The course will include the basics of chess, main rules and some updated chapters in the law. Referees who will pass in this course will be promoted from being the local referees to regional referees. This course is coming under the new ways of learning which is approved by International Chess Federation.
Local and Arab referees will be participating in this course.
