MUSCAT: Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry (OCCI) on Wednesday held a meeting under the chairmanship of Said bin Saleh al Kiyoumi, OCCI Chairman. The OCCI Board followed up progress of its financial performance and the remarkable growth of revenues. During its current session, the Board achieved financial surplus, thus declaring that such statements will be available for those interested in the economic matter, followers of the financial performance and everyone wishing to benefit from such statements through OCCI various means. The OCCI Board also followed up the latest developments in relation to its new premises, as well as the steps taken towards it.
The Board also commended the efforts exerted to complete the new building as per the international standards. Additionally, the Board viewed the regulations in relation to legislatives and policies pertaining to administrative and technical aspects within the framework of the Board’s keenness to apply internal oversight and governance. — ONA
