Observer bids farewell to a dedicated and exemplary employee

Oman Daily Observer hosted a farewell for Gilroy Noel Pereira who is retiring after 24 years of service with the paper. Noel, who was described by his colleagues as ‘one of the kindest human beings,’ served the newspaper as a senior designer with dedication and hard work.

Noel is a man of few words and the staff of Observer will miss this gentle man in the coming years.

Abdullah al Shueili, Editor-in-Chief, handed him a token of appreciation and wished him further success who will be heading back to his home in Kerala, India. Thank you for your service, Noel! Observer and the rest of the organisation salute you!
