Non-Omanis to pay more school fee

Muscat: The Ministry of Education has said non-Omani students in government schools have to pay RO 50 for enrolment, RO 100 annual fees and RO 25 annually for the transport. The fees for an application to set up a global school has become RO 400 and RO 600 for renewing a global school licence. The fees for an application to set up an international community school is RO 1,000 and the same amount for renewing the licence. The fees for the application to set up a private school, licence and its renewal is RO 300.
