Muscat, Dec 5 - The National Business Centre (NBC), which is an initiative of the Public Establishment for Industrial Estates (Madayn), has signed an incubation agreement with Innovation Technical Solutions LLC (iNNOVATEQ), a new start-up set up by Omani investment and technology funds to drive digitalisation in Oman’s oil and gas industry.
iNNOVATEQ is owned by Oman National Investments Development Company SAOC (Tanmia) and Innovation Development Oman Holding SAOC (IDO), a venture capital fund. It has been established as a spin-off from Petroleum Development of Oman’s (PDO) Digitalisation programme.
iNNOVATEQ was established to offer Oil and Gas companies the result of two decades of expertise in achieving significant and sustainable business transformation through digital transformation in the form of the Nibras integrated asset digital solution. Nibras is customised and deployed for each client through translating the client’s strategy into work routines and automating access and analysis of data. This enables Nibras to trigger these routines to the staff at the right time; providing them with the latest relevant information to be able to make better decisions faster.
Besides, iNNOVATEQ gives an emphasis on client satisfaction through offering them practical and integrated asset management solutions that fit their organisations, said NBC in a press statement.
The National Business Centre offers promising Omani entrepreneurs a platform to develop their business ideas and advance them into growing ventures. The centre offers a premier platform for Omani entrepreneurs by providing business development support and guidance, training and mentoring, access to markets and industry experts, and state-of-the-art and fully equipped office space, meeting rooms and presentation facilities.
