Muscat: Mwasalat will transfer all its freight (cargo) forwarding and related services to Oman Post from January 1.

This is in line with plans to integrate the companies of the Asyad Group and avoiding overlapping of services to achieve the desired objectives and revenues.

All offices of Mwasalat will be transferred to the management of Oman Post and customers can ship goods through the recognized offices.

Tickets for inter-city buses will be available in the same offices and customers can also purchase from the bus.

Mwasalat said that it is planning to launch a series of new systems in 2019, including the mobile application through which the bus route and electronic booking can be tracked, which will contribute to the development of public transport services in the Sultanate.
