MUSCAT: Muscat Securities Market (MSM), in cooperation with the investment relations team in the Sultanate, will organise tomorrow a seminar at the Capital Market Authority (CMA) under the theme Investor Relations and Corporate Governance.
The seminar includes three working papers on understanding the role of the corporate governance through investor relations, the importance of corporate governance for investors and its role in awareness.
The seminar will present a number of successful experiences in investor relations management by MSM listed companies.
Raed bin Hussain al Hooti, Manager of the Office of the General Manager, Acting Director of Media and Awareness at MSM, said that the organisation of the seminar comes within the initiatives made by MSM.
The seminar will focus on investor relations, which is one of the best practices that ensure investors have continuous communication with their companies. — ONA
