MUSCAT: The Muscat Securities Market (MSM 30) index rose by 9.7 points in the first trading session of 2019 to reach 4333.4 points. The value of trading fell in Tuesday’s session by 81.4 per cent at RO 374,000 while the capital value rose to RO 18,220 billion. A total of 23 stocks changed hands at the session of which 12 stocks rose, 5 declined and 6 remained unchanged.
