MUSCAT: Muscat Securities Market (MSM) general index 30 on Thursday lost 9.53 points, comprising a decline by 0.23 per cent to close at 4,152.70 points, compared to the last session, which stood at 4,162.23 points.
The trading value stood at RO 2,657,674, comprising a decline by 8.6 per cent compared to the last session, which stood at RO 2,907,859.
The report released by MSM pointed out that the market value fell by 0.039 per cent to reach about RO 18.62 billion.
The report added that the value of shares bought by non-Omani investors reached RO 766,000 comprising 28.82 per cent. The value of shares sold by non-Omani investors reached RO 555,000 comprising 20.88 per cent.
The net non-Omani investment rose by 7.94 per cent to RO 211,000. — ONA
