MUSCAT: The Ministry of Tourism organised a workshop titled “Innovative Ideas to Serve the tourism sector”, in a cooperation with The Research Council (TRC) at the Ministry of Tourism as part of the research project collecting Omani legends and folk tales associated with tourism sites. The workshop witnessed the participation of researchers, students of tourism department in colleges and universities, and entrepreneurs of small and medium-sized enterprises. The workshop provided the participants with a platform to bring effective strategies to market and promote these stories as well as exploring creative commercial ideas.
