Maysan Properties SAOC recently signed an agreement with Muscat Hills for the development of an 11,000 sq m plot within the Muscat Hills freehold community. His Highness Sayyid al Rawi bin Qais bin Tareq al Said, Chairman, signed the agreement on behalf of Muscat Hills along with Redha Mehdi Jawad, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Maysan Properties SAOC.
HH Sayyid al Rawi expressed his delight with this partnership with Maysan Properties SAOC. He stated: “In an atmosphere of harmony of visions and objectives we are establishing this partnership with this young and ambitious company with the agreement to develop a new residential complex at Muscat Hills. It will be a unique addition to Muscat Hills community offering quality life style and luxury living within the natural beauty and serenity that characterises Muscat Hills. This new development will be a nice feature added to the upcoming “InterContinental Hotel and Resort, and the Boulevard that shall be soon completed.”

This new project shall be a quality addition to the real estate projects in Muscat Hills,” the company added in a statement.
