Juergen Klinsmann’s surprise resignation is a chance for interim coach Alexander Nouri to prove himself at struggling Bundesliga club Hertha Berlin, according to sports director Michael Preetz. Assistant Nouri was named caretaker when Klinsmann quit after just 11 weeks on the job on Tuesday at 14th-placed Hertha. His first match in charge is on Saturday at bottom club Paderborn.
