Khalifa al Hinai consultancy signs pact with Kuwait’s Al Yaqout Legal Group

MUSCAT: Khalifa al Hinai Advocates and Legal Consultancy, a leading and pioneering law firm in the Sultanate, has signed a cooperation agreement with Kuwait’s Al Yaqout Legal Group. The signing agreement comes as a result of the development and growth of the local legal business due to the support provided by the government to strength the legal infrastructure. The cooperation agreement will facilitate the follow-up of all issues of Khalifa al Hinai Advocates and Legal Consultancy’s clients in Kuwait through direct and continued supervision and follow-up.


The same benefit will be available to Al Yaqout Legal Group’s clients with different legal issues in Oman.


Khalifa al Yaqout, Head of Al Yaqout Legal Group, stated, “We are very keen to have such an agreement with a reputed Omani law firm to ensure that our clients with legal issues in Oman will have the best and highest level of quality legal services.


Our cooperation with Khalifa al Hinai Advocates and Legal Consultancy will not only be limited to the mutual legal services and consultancy, but will also extend to cover other fields of mutual interest such as training, exchange of experience and presenting legal papers in different international conferences and seminars.


This will focus on creating widespread legal awareness and development of jurisdiction as well as laws and regulations to upgrade the whole business of legal firms to support different aspects of


civil life.


Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is one of the main objectives of the two legal firms. We, together, aim to practically enhance CSR by creating widespread awareness, encouraging local initiatives and providing support to the civil organisations on legal activities, regulations and laws.


Khalifa al Hinai, founder of Khalifa al Hinai Advocates and Legal Consultancy, highlighted that the agreement with Al Yaqout Legal Group is part of the efforts and schemes adopted by the Omani law firm to create business in many European and Gulf countries under the standard international cooperation environment to provide clients with services of highest level of quality for the growth of the Omani business activities abroad.


Stressing on the importance of this cooperation, Al Hinai said, “The legal services and consultancy has become an urgent need for Omani businessmen and entrepreneurs having enterprises and business activities outside the Sultanate.
