MUSCAT: Ibri College of Applied Sciences in a corporation with Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry will organise ‘Technology and Economy for Sustainable Development Gathering’.
The gathering’s activities will open in the presence of Dr Mohammed Said al Balushi, Member of the State Council.
The gathering came in borders of memorandum of understanding which has signed between
Ibri College of Applied Sciences and Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry. It aims to build connections between business owners,
officials and job-seekers in both public and private sectors. It will focus on improving skills in field of technology and transfer the theoretical background to more benefit practical ways.
The opening ceremony will include a speech from Dr Jehad Bani Younis, the Dean of the College. Ali bin Saleh al Kalbani, chamber member, will talk about the role of
Chamber of Commerce in encouraging the new technological initiatives which improve the economic activities.
