MUSCAT: His Majesty Sultan Qaboos has received a cable of thanks from President Rodrigo Duterte of the Republic of the Philippines, in reply to His Majesty’s condolences cable on victims of the floods and landslides caused by the tropical storm Tembin. In his cable, President Duterte expressed his utmost gratitude to receive His Majesty’s cable. He also expressed his utmost thanks and appreciation for His Majesty’s sincere condolences to him and the friendly people of the Philippines.
