The message was received by Shaikh Salim bin Suhail al Mashani, Head of the Organisations Department at the Foreign Ministry, when he received at the Foreign Ministry in Muscat on Tuesday night Patrick Hennessy, Special Envoy of the Irish Prime Minister.
