MUSCAT: His Majesty Sultan Qaboos has sent a cable of condolences to Sheikh Sabah Al Ahmed Al Jabir al Sabah, Emir of Kuwait, on the death of mother of Sheikh Jaber Al Mubarak al Sabah, Prime Minister of Kuwait. In his cable, His Majesty the Sultan expressed his sincere condolences and sympathy to Sheikh Sabah, praying to the Almighty Allah to rest the deceased’s soul in peace and grant her family patience.
