Haya Water organises annual event for staff

MUSCAT: In terms of the values adopted by Haya Water to accomplish its work in a working environment of mutual respect, teamwork, professionalism, care, transparency, integrity and openness, the company has recently organised its annual meeting with the staff (Haya Water Sablah). The importance of this event relies beneath its positive and effective role in finding an opportunity for the employees to sit with the executive management and be able to raise their queries.

In addition, Sablah is considered an opportunity for interacting and exchanging different views and perspectives which would positively reflect on the company performance. It is also a chance to access the latest developments at work and review the company’s achievements during the past year, which could not have been realised without the collective efforts of the management and the staff to achieve the company’s ultimate strategic goal to maintain its reputation in accordance with its vision, mission and objectives.
