MUSCAT: Mohammed bin Salim al Toobi, Minister of Environment and Climate Affairs, on Sunday announced the conclusion of ‘Glorious November Round the World’ initiative, which gifted His Majesty Sultan Qaboos 48,000 greetings in different languages. The greetings portrayed a picture of the achievements made during the Blessed Renaissance.
The initiative was launched last November on the occasion of the 48th Glorious National Day by ‘Oman Qaboos’ website; a website in 30 languages dedicated to shedding light on the personality of His Majesty Sultan Qaboos.
Hamoud bin Mohammed al Azri, General Supervisor of ‘Oman Qaboos’ website, gave a briefing on the initiatives and the developments it witnessed since its launch. He highlighted the role played by the Sultanate’s accredited embassies in following up the greetings each in his own language.
Mohammed bin Salim al Toobi said that this national project plays an important role in cementing relations between the Sultanate and the countries of the world which like Oman and appreciate His Majesty’s efforts at the various levels.
It should be noted that ‘Oman Qaboos’ website has received thousands of greetings from various countries around the world in different languages. The website prepares to launch its new design and languages that enhance the achievements march of this important national project.
