MUSCAT: Rear Admiral Abdullah bin Khamis al Raisi, Commander of the Royal Navy of Oman (RNO), on Monday received Commodore Eid Abdullah al Ka’abi, Commander of the GCC Unified Maritime Operations Centre, and his delegation.
