The Ministry of Endowments and Religious Affairs announced that Arafa Day, 9th Dhul Hijjah 1439 AH will be on Monday (August 20), according to Umm al Qura Calendar. Therefore, the first day of Eid al Adha, 10th Dhul Hijjah 1439 AH will be on Tuesday (August 21). The date of Sunday (August 12) is 1st Dhul Hijjah 1439 AH. On this occasion, The Ministry of Endowments and Religious Affairs extended greetings to His Majesty Sultan Qaboos, praying to Allah the Almighty to grant His Majesty good health and well-being, and for the return of this occasion on His Majesty, Oman and the Islamic nation with blessings and welfare.
