A team from the Al Khoud police station has managed to arrest an expatriate of Asian nationality on charges of theft from several houses. During investigation, quantities of gold jewelry, money and tools used in robberies were seized from him. He confessed to the crime following interrogation.
The ROP team in Seeb arrested an accused of Asian nationality on charges of stealing batteries from parked trucks. Following the arrest, the the accused confessed to committing the crime.
The Mussandam police department arrested an accused while attempting to bring a quantity of alcoholic substances into the Sultanate in a truck laden with vegetables. He was seized with 32 boxes of alcoholic beverages. The accused was referred to the judicial authorities to take legal action against him.
