Muscat, Feb 5 - An exhibition of Omani species of birds was organised by the Natural History Museum in collaboration with Oman Birds Fanciers Association on Monday. It was held at the outer courtyard of the Ministry of Heritage and Culture, Al Khuwair. Some pet birds were also displayed in the exhibition. Besides inhabitant and migratory birds, it also showcased the wild animals of Oman. The event was aimed at highlighting the role of the museum through its cooperation with the government and private bodies.
