SALALAH: Sayyid Mohammed bin Sultan bin Hamoud al Busaidy, Minister of State and Governor of Dhofar, issued a ministerial decision forming a working group to prepare for the participation of Salalah city as a Guest of Honour at the 23rd Muscat International Book Fair, scheduled from February 21 to March 4 2018.
The decision comes on the basis of the nomination of Muscat International Book Fair for Salalah as the Guest of Honour of the fair during its next edition, in order to introduce the history and civilisation of Salalah city, as well as its tourism, historic and cultural potentials.
Abdullah bin Aqeel al Ibrahim, Acting Deputy Governor of Dhofar, head of the taskforce preparing to participate in Muscat International Book Fair, met with members of the team, stressing the importance of exerting further efforts and maintaining cooperation for the work success. — ONA
